No. We file documents that you or your attorney have already prepared. Golden Hill Legal Runner is not a law firm and doesn't give legal advice, so we can't pick forms or fill them out for you.
Filings are quoted job by job because the price depends on the documents and the courthouse. Call (619) 907-4161 or request a quote below. Your quote is the price. Court filing fees are separate and paid to the court.
We offer Standard, Next-Day, and Same-Day filing. What's possible depends on the documents and where they're going, so we'll confirm the turnaround when we quote it.

We meet you — we don't have clients come to an office. Drop-off or pickup is a flat $25 within 18 miles, added to your total when you book. Past 18 miles it's $0.76 per mile for the round trip, which we confirm with you first. You can also email documents instead at no charge.
Yes. We're a registered, bonded, and insured San Diego County process server (Reg. No. 3904). Service is one flat price that you can see and book online — switch to "Serve papers" above.
No. We do the work and document it, but we can't guarantee that a subject will be served or that the court will accept a filing. Fees pay for the work performed, not for a particular outcome. See our terms for the full detail.
